With its steady growth linked to word of mouth, opportunities to introduce financial planning and finance broking to these clientele remain available. Fees circa $567K in FY 2017.
Individual returns number around 625 and contribute some 27% of total revenue, whilst company returns, almost 80 in number, contribute just under 50% of annual fees. The firm lodged some 825 returns at an average fee of $657 FY 2017, with an average client size of $1,248.
Slightly greater than a third of revenue is contributed by annual fees in the $3K – $10K range. The smaller clients are typically completed by October, many of whom e-mail information through rather than attend the firm’s offices.
