This written report will provide an estimated selling price as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses of your firm, as well as highlighting other general market conditions and points for consideration. It is considered one of the first steps in the process of planning to sell your firm.
The cost of these appraisals start from $3,000 + GST.
Importantly, an appraisal is not the same as a formal valuation and is not relevant to any circumstance other than the sale of a whole practice in the open marketplace.
